Utilizing a custom integrated heavy duty jumbo unwinder (with hydraulic lift system) and intelligent rewinders for accurate material running during the operation, the addition of 3 heaters also allows for accurate high speed trade printing and process curing of tight, medium and open weave onto the fence mesh direct without liner. Accurate within millimetres, the automated eye detection system accurately punches the next grommet into the banner mesh directly saving manual operation and positioning error. The line speed of 28 lineal metres per minute is achieved via the installation of custom electronics and turbo drives across three gear planes of motion. Additionally, the use of x, y and z axis detectors ensures 100% stamping success at all times. Customers can select various distance settings between each eyelet stamping and/or the machine can be switched to semi-automatic or full manual modes.
